playing with my new eggplant casserole
as i have never made a frittata before, i was quite worried when i put it in the oven lol
surprising, it looks good haha :P
and taste good :PPP
it's a portion for 2 persons, according to the menu. however, i could only finish 1/4 of it -_-
umm because i would not take only the frittata but also a piece of bread (a yum yum croissant today)
next time i have to adjust the portion la
