Egg Benedict

this morning, i woke up earlier than i expected. therefore, i made my breakfast again.heheheee my first homemade egg benedict :)))) my favourite choice of egg
i used white toast instead of muffin, and smoked salmon instead of bacon.
the poached egg was made with Japanese egg. (with certificiate )
when i watched "Julie & Julia", I thought it was very difficult to make poached. However, it's not :))



For the Hollandaise Sauce, it's made with simple ingredients:

For me, breakfast is always the most important meal every day. I always eat a lot for breakfast hehe
Besides my egg Benedict, I also had a small 0 fat yogurt and coffee. They are all from my Tokyo shopping!!! XDDDD Yumyummmm~~~
