Pasta with Butternut Parmesan Sauce & Mushroom Quiche
After having a full rest from Toronto, I wanted to move a bit my lazy bones.
Today I made Pasta with Butternut Parmesan Sauce, which is a new favor for me, and also a Mushroom Quiche, which is one of my favourite dish. :)
However, it was not very successful :((((
I like the pasta a lot! It was unexpectedly tasty haha (Before I made this, I was wondering how pasta tastes in pumpkin...) The Butternut squash was easily pureed. This time, I chose Bucatini pasta which is very chewy. After the pasta, even I only had a small portion, I didn't think I could have anything else. This is why I don't like having carbohydrates. lol
For the mushroom quiche, it was disappointing. Mainly because of the pie dough. I bought a "just roll" one from supermarket, and the taste was awful. I guess if I want to make a good one, I need to roll my own dough :((( which is very troublesome -_- well... maybe one day..... lol

Be confident, actually the quiche looks quite cute, although I don’t know what it taste like. I really think one day u can open ur own restaurant since u are passionate to make food. Cheers
