Great Weekend :)

I had a busy and wonderful weekend holiday :)))
which was full of surprises! hehe
Although I did not take any pictures these days, I would not forget the scene, the people.

Pasta with Butternut Parmesan Sauce & Mushroom Quiche

After having a full rest from Toronto, I wanted to move a bit my lazy bones.
Today I made Pasta with Butternut Parmesan Sauce, which is a new favor for me, and also a Mushroom Quiche, which is one of my favourite dish. :)

I love having holiday on weekday, sometimes. It is because that there is less crowd, and I don't need to queue up for anything hehe



I wanted to visit this restaurant longgggg ago. Just because of the timing, I only managed to go last week, with mammy. :) Hey, you need to share good food with someone ;)

It is a small restaurant, with their best efforts to put as many tables as possible. We went at 4pm, on Monday. It was full, still. Just I was lucky enough to get a table without waiting for 5min, hehe.





When you were waiting for the table, the staff would give you the order form. They expected you to hand in the form once you got the table, in order to save time. As they cooked the dishes when you ordered. We waited for 20min...



Look at them!!!!!!! They are all priced at $12-$14. But I can say that they are much tastier than those serving in other restaurants.

The rice would be my least favourite, although I liked the spare ribs haha

The deep fried dishes were wonderful! Very crispy outside :D



How could we forget this... the famous dish....

I'm in Toronto!

Where I have not been for 4 years...

I'm here again, because I was called standby, on the first evening, when there were only two hours to be finished and I was so ready to go to bed. It was 23:15, my home phone rang.... and I'm here now, after an 15-hour flight.

Annual Safety Training

Safety is always our first priority. Therefore, we need to go back for training every year. It covers topics of safety, security and first aid. Do you feel safe to travel with us? ;)

Fantastic 10's gathering again!! The theme is one of my favourite food: Deng Deng Deng Deng!!! "Big Gate Crab" (Shanghai Hairy Crab)!!! Special Thanks to my Dear MicMic!!!! Who lent out his place, and prepared a big meal for us!!!!! (Although he didn't want me to mention again, haha, I still need to tell, "he woke up at 4am and began his preparation!!!!!!!")
